1. Second Floor Rooms: floor consists of 14 rooms, though rooms are private, the bathrooms / showers are shared among the guest.
   Bathroom #1 (Men / Woman with sink, water closet. Bathroom #2 (Men / Woman with sink, water closet, and shower). Bathroom #3 (Woman ONLY, with sink, water closet, and shower). Bathroom # 4 (Generally for Men, with 3 sinks, and 3 shower).
2. There is one full kitchen with Stove, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Toaster Oven, & Kettle.
3. The dining room has a refrigerator, depending on occupancy, filled with complimentry snacks. The dining table has complimentry tea, coffee, sugar, whitener.
4. The lobby has sofas, table, lamp and phone, free to use for local calls or toll free numbers.
5. Game area. The tables have Chess, Checkers, Cards etc. for the guests to enjoy.
6. Computer work station with a complimentry computer with internet connected for the guests.
7. Library has an assortment of books and magazines. Some academic books, novels, etc.
8. Third Floor Rooms: floor consists of 7 private rooms, the bathrooms/ showers are shared among the guest.
9. Bathroom #1 (Men / Woman with sink, water closet, and shower. Bathroom #2 (Men / Woman with sink, water closet).
10. One kitchen with Stove, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Toaster Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Rice warmer.
11. Lobby has sofas, coffee table, TV, and dining table.
12. Computer work station, with phone, free to use for local calls or toll free numbers.
13. Shared Ironing boards and Iron on each floor.
14. Coin Laundry, on second floor

Rooms are further divided for:

(I) Single Occupancy with a Single Bed.

(II) Double Occupancy with a Double Bed.

(III) Double Occupancy with a Queen Bed.

(IV) Double Occupancy with Two Single Beds.

(V) Double Occupancy with a Bunk Bed.

Safety & Security:

• Building is fully wired for Fire and Smoke detection, including living space
• Locked Enterance to building, guest are requested not to allow unknown visitors
• Locked Enterance to Main Floor halway
• Locked Enterance to Second and Third Floors.
• All living spaces locked with Dead Bolt
• No Smoking in the property
• No Pets allowed
• No curfew, yet the guests are requested not to disturb other guests.
