Keys to front door is in one of the boxes, marked 1 to 4. Call me to get the box number and the code to open the keybox ( PH 416-361-0053, CELL 416-834-2096)

THE BOTTOM BOX is # 4 . Using following steps retrieve the key for the main door. After getting the key make sure to lock the cover back. If box does not OPEN, REPEAT STEPS 2, 3, 4

 

STEP 1. LOCATE YOUR BOX

1, 2, 3, 4 BOXES ARE MARKED
STEP 2. PULL DOWN CLEAR BUTTON AND RELEASE
STEP 3. PUSH CODE BUTTONS, one at a time, push and release. YOU WILL HEAR A CLICK, each time you press.

STEP 4. PULL OPEN BUTTON DOWN, as shown

STEP 5.REMOVE THE COVER

STEP 6. GET THE KEY OUT, AND LOCK BACK COVER, USING STEPS 2,3,4

 

1. Put the key in keyhole, (turn key to left & pull the door) Go up 5 STEPS, FRONT OFFICE DOOR IS ON YOUR RIGHT.

2. On the clip board, take envelope with your name on. Open and complete the information on the form, sign it. Sign the charge slip.

3. Keep instruction to enter the second floor, but put the charge slip and form, back in the envelope, and slip it under the office door.

4. Using the phone on the left of clip board, call 1-416-361-0053 to verify that you have completed the above steps.

 

 
5. Take the stairs to the second floor

The lock on the second floor door has 5 buttons.

Buttons can be pressed individualy or in pairs, depending how the code was set. The code changes frequently, the latest CODE will be given to you, at the time of call.

Following is an example, how the code works. If the CODE is 2+3 and 1+5. You Push 2 and 3 buttons together and release, then Push 1 and 5 buttons together and release. This is just an example, the actual CODE will be different.

Turn the large knob all the way to right and pull. The door will open. If it does not open, the lock must be reset by turning the large knob all the way to right. Repeat the above steps. Don't Panic, stay calm, it will work, if you follow the steps, as above.
Once inside, turn right, at the end there are stairs going to 3rd floor. Walk up to the 3rd floor. Find your room and open the TOP LOCK , USING THE THE SECOND KEY.

After you settle down, find the phone in the hallway near work station,call me at 1-416-361-0053 to let me know everything is OK

Have a HAPPY STAY. You may use the kitchen, bathrooms, living room. Please, after each use CLEAN AND PUT IT BACK.

When checking out drop the keys through the HOLE in the FRONT OFFICE DOOR, ON THE MAIN FLOOR.
